Skráning - Food allergy

Námskeið er í samstarfi við Gerum betur. This course is in English. This online interactive course on food allergy is aimed at anyone working in food service – from the manager through to the food preparation and food service staff. The course helps to identify the fourteen particular food allergens and understand why foods containing allergens must be handled carefully.
