-Inngangur, lestur og skilningur IBA stigablaða

-WCC Verklegur hluti

-Sýning, verklegar æfingar og  Besta uppsetningin

Kennari á námskeiðinu er Serge Guillou.

Serge Guillou hefur gríðar mikla reynslu úr barþjónaheimnum og hann hefur verið Forseti Barþjónasambands Belgíu í 18 ár ásamt að vera varaforseti IBA– International Bartenders Association.

Serge Guillou hefur Yfir 35 ára reynsla í stjórnun og rekstri bara á lúxushótelum og hefur meðal annars gengt stjórnunarstöður á nokkrum af virtustu hótelum heims, eins og Conrad International, Le Méridien og Hilton ásamt því að reka sitt eigið bar ráðgjafafyrirtæki, Barpartners - síðan 2008

Einnig hefur Serge Guillou tileinkað sér að deila ástríðu sinni og þekkingu með því að þjálfa og mennta næstu kynslóð barþjóna um allan heim

The instructor of the course is Serge Guillou.

Serge Guillou has a wealth of experience in the bartending world and has been President of the Belgian Bartenders Association for 18 years as well as Vice President of the IBA – International Bartenders Association.

Serge Guillou has over 35 years of experience in the management and operation of bars in luxury hotels and has held management positions in some of the most prestigious hotels in the world, such as Conrad International, Le Méridien and Hilton, as well as running his own bar consulting company, Barpartners - since 2008

Serge Guillou has also dedicated himself to sharing his passion and knowledge by training and educating the next generation of bartenders around the world.
